Steve B Meltzer has 30 years of experience on distributing & purchasing Designer fragrances, Health & Beauty care (HBC) & pharmaceuticals. Mr. Meltzer started on Long Island with L.S Amster/Interstate Cigar in 1980, at that time, one of the largest distributors of its kind and was responsible for sourcing and selling fragrances, Health & Beauty care (HBC) & pharmaceuticals. Mr. Meltzer moved to Florida in 1989 and opened up the fragrance division for a company called United Wholesale, and built United a $60 Million fragrance business. He left United in 1997 and started Utopia Distributors and built his business to $50 Million within 5 years. In 2003 Mr. Meltzer, sold Utopia Distributors to Purity Wholesale Grocers, one of the largest wholesale distributors of grocery, sporting goods, Health & Beauty care and RX in the country, with their sales exceeding $1 Billion a year. Mr. Meltzer worked with Purity Wholesale Grocers as a consultant for over 2 years. In February of 2006 he started up Trend Beauty Corporation. Mr. Meltzer still maintains the contacts that he has had for over 30 years in the business.
